Description:

Phase 2 will complete various aspects of trail development including: asphalt paving of the remaining 2.7 miles of the pedestrian and bicycle trail; acquiring and developing a 60-car trailhead parking area near the south end of the trail; providing asphalt surfacing for an 18-car parking area at the north end of the trail, providing toilet facilities at both trailhead parking areas, developing a 4.4 mile equestrian trail; providing shoulder surfacing along the entire 5.4 mile trail; and providing resting benches at 20 locations along the trail.
