This project involves the construction of 3.2 miles of the Woodard Bay Trail, located in Thurston County, with signing, vehicle barriers, and trail surfacing necessary for hiking, jogging, and bicycling and acquisition of .53 acre parcel connecting to a major arterial road at the southern terminus.

Located approximately 5 miles north from downtown Olympia or the city of Lacey, off of Sleater Kinney Road. On Henderson Inlet Woodard and Chapman Bays. At the northern terminus of the Chehalis Western Trail [a regional multi use trail.
