Description:

This 40.45 acre acquisition lies adjacent to Whipple Creek Regional Park. The project connects the park to the Clark County Recreation Campus and Fairgrounds and enhances opportunities for regional recreation facilities. Future improvements will include multi purpose trails, picnic areas, shelters, viewpoints, restrooms, and parking.

Location:
West of Clark County Fairgrounds on NW 179th Street, south on NW 21st Ave or NE 31st Ave to trailheads.

WHAT IS THE WWRP?

The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
