Located 2 miles west of the Idaho Border and 11 miles east of Spokane. East of Spokane on I-90, take exit 296. head south on Liberty Lakes Road to Sprague. Turn left follow till you reach Molter and turn left. Park is 1/2 mile down Molter. (Country Vista Rd. and Molter)
