Pavillion Park is a 15 acre park located in the Liberty Lake community of Spokane County. The Liberty Lake area is the fastest growing residential area in Spokane County. The initial phase of Pavillion Park was constructed in 1995 but does not include significant park amenities. The proposed project is an expansion of the existing park to provide needed park amenities and features. The proposed project includes the following park features: Children's playground equipment and surfacing Tennis courts (2) ; Volleyball courts (2); Amphitheater enhancement to include concrete stage, electrical service and landscaping; Concrete pathways and landscaping enhancement; Landscaping, drainage and habitat enhancement of along Molter Road; Park furniture to include benches, tables, bike racks and trash receptacles; Wading and interactive water spray pool; Exercise/fitness stations; Storm water enhancements including dry stream bed

WHAT IS THE WWRP?

The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
