Scope of the project includes acquisition of trail corridor across two private parcels and a formal use agreement on DOT land. 5,000 feet of paved trail and a parallel horse path will be constructed. In addition the sponsor will create a hedgerow for wildlife habitat and improve an existing trestle with safety rails and new decking.
