W/S Dept. of Natural Resources Waterway No. 11 and city street rights-of-way and street ends would provide needed public access to Lake Union, establish a park, preserve a P-Patch, provide area for picnics, passive recreation, and wildlife.

The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
