Description:

This project will provide sanitary and paved parking facilities at three locations. Sanitary facilities will include comfort stations and litter collection stations. In accordance with new legislation, local government agencies will designate certain areas along the Washington coastline to be closed to beach driving. At these locations only pedestrian access will be allowed. The concentration of people and vehicles at these beach access locations will create a need for sanitary facilities and parking areas.

The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
