This 6.7 acre site will provide valuable public open space and waterfront/shoreline access in the most densely populated area of the county. Site development includes: paths, boardwalks, fishing and viewing docks, interpretive signs, and displays, picnic and children's play area, restrooms and showers, swimming beach parking.

The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
