Description:

In continuing cooperation with Bellingham, Whatcom County, and DNR, State Parks extended Larrabee State Park north towards Bellingham. This 104 acre acquisition secures scenic ridge tops, allowing for trails and wildlife corridors.

From I 5 northbound, take Exit 231. Turn right on State Route 11/Chuckanut Drive. Stay left at the stoplight. Drive six [6] miles to the park entrance.

WHAT IS THE WWRP?

The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
