This project is located at the south end of Lake Sawyer, and is accessed from S.E. 312th Street. From I-5 take Highway 18 east to Maple Valley, then take Highway 169 South to Kent - Kangly Road, head west to 216th Ave. SE, go south to SE 312th, then go east to end of road to site.

The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
