Description:
City secured 2.22 acres of undeveloped Lake Washington waterfront property adjacent to Juanita Bay Park in Kirkland for preservation of urban wildlife habitat and scarce open space. This site contained the last undeveloped shoreline property on Juanita Bay and expanded the public shoreline from 3,450 to approximately 3,700 lineal feet.
