Description:

This proposal improves and increases public access to a 36.5 mile segment of the John Wayne Pioneer Trail, from Cedar Falls to Cabin Creek, crossing near Snoqualmie Pass. It opens additional bridges and bypasses, unsafe features left from railroading. Elements include: trailhead access, snowshed bypass, safety barriers, bridge decking, and abutments.

WHAT IS THE WWRP?

The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
