Description:
This project in King County helps reconstruct and widen one mile of a multiple use trail circling Seattle's Green Lake. The facility is the state's most popular and heavily used pathway. In addition, the Green Lake Community Center playground will be renovated to meet current accessibility and safety standards.

The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
