Description:

Grayland Beach State Park, located 5 miles south of Westport, includes 7,500 feet of spectacular ocean frontage. It is a popular destination for camping and day use. The park currently offers 60 campsites for use by either RV or tent campers. However, many of the sites do not accommodate todays larger RVs, and the campground is filled to capacity during much of the year. This project will install the infrastructure necessary to create a total of 52 additional campsites and 10 yurts. 42 sites will have power and water and 10 will be walk-in tent sites. All construction will occur outside the primary dune area and will not be visible from the shore.

Drive south from city of Westport approximately five miles on SR105. Turn right on Cranberry Beach Rd. to park entrance. Location is approximately 1 mile south of community of Grayland and signed on SR105.

WHAT IS THE WWRP?

The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
