Description:

This agreement consists fof the acquisition of 7.62 acres on the east and west banks of the Dungeness River, including an old railroad trestle bridge. This project will tie into the Discovery Trail system in Jefferson County.

The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) is a state grant program that creates and conserves local and state parks, wildlife habitat and working farms. The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office administers WWRP grants, and the legislature funds the program.
