The WWRP grant program provided $191,527 to develop a 2-acre neighborhood park in a densely populated residential neighborhood of East Vancouver. Park improvements include a skatepark, basketball court, picnic
tables, children's play equipment, benches, and walking paths.
The park's service area is fully developed, and includes approximately 3,500 residents. In addition, there are no other park or recreation facilities, or public open spaces, within the service area.
The park site will be co-located with the City of Vancouver's East Precinct Police Station.
Directions:
Project site is located on north side of Mill Plain Boulevard at intersection with NE 155th Avenue.
